Our client requires an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their brigade in their busy establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a high level of dining and also be comfortable dealing with big numbers.
You must be able to comfortably deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have the ability to lead the brigade when required. You must have 1-2 Rosette experience.
This is a full time role, salary is £28000 + and will include tips.
