Head Chef

Our client requires an experienced Head Chef to join their brigade in their busy establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a high level of dining and also be comfortable dealing with big numbers. You must have Pan Asian experience, ideally from one of the large Pan Asian themed restaurants in London.

You must be able to have the ability to lead the brigade in a busy kitchen and will be responsible for the ongoing food rollout concept for some restaurants opening at a later date.

This is a full time role, salary is £45000 to £55000 + 20% bonus on experience.
