You will have the following:-

✅ A passionate chef who loves working with fresh ingredients and crafting great food
✅ Strong organisation skills – prep lists, time management, and kitchen hygiene
✅ Creativity – contributing to a regularly changing menu and exciting specials
✅ Teamwork – working well with the BOH team and supporting across different sections

We can offer: –

• £29,000 – £31,000 annual salary (based on experience)
• Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 – £6,500 per year, paid monthly
• Discretionary 10% bonus (£2,900 – £3,100 per annum)
