As we strive to elevate our culinary offerings across both divisions, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in high-end restaurants, hotels, or private clubs, with a track record of success in event catering and fine dining operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals..
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and dedication to exceeding client expectations.
• Knowledge of food safety, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
