Head Chef – Permanent – No Evenings!

Our clients is looking for a full time Permanent Head Chef to join their team!
£35 – £37k per annum
NO EVENINGS!!!! Brilliant work life balance!!

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Reporting to the directors
• Full time position
• Overall responsibility for daily operations
• Ordering and liaison with suppliers
• Maintaining/increasing profit margins#
• Producing menus and introducing new dishes
• Manage a small kitchen team including training, recruitment.
  

You will be / have:-

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef looking for first Head Chef role.
• Be aware and show interest in current food trends.
• Be creative.
• Have great attention to detail.
  
• Demonstrate a focused and calm persona under pressure, lead the team and be able to delegate.
