Our Team looking after you
Sophie has always worked in the catering sector, her career focussed within front of house she quickly rose to management level. She took her career global, working in Greece and Spain along with the UK.
In 2002 Sophie set up Catering Elite, initially based in the northwest, with the help of Princes Trust. In 2009, Sophie relocated to set up the south office.
Sophie spends her time with her son and loves horse riding.
Living on an island, Sophie can often be seen out on the water sailing or rowing.
Sophie still loves the buzz of recruitment and still surprises the team by going out on shift and working the odd function!
After serving his time at catering college, Lee worked in kitchens and restaurants in Switzerland and London up to management level before deciding to become a Catering Consultant in the City.
Now married and back up North, Lee looks after the North of England from the Blackpool office. He has a good sense of humour and takes great pride in doing a good job for his candidates and clients alike.
Lee is a passionate football fan and outside of work you will find him either watching football, spending time with his family or cooking.
Lauren is currently on maternity leave – we wish her and family all the best with their new addition.
Lauren is no stranger to the hospitality world. Having worked in hospitality in the Colchester area for over 11 years. Lauren also studied Business Management at Essex University and quickly worked her way up through the ranks to management.
Lauren loves spending time at home relaxing with her family as well as spending as much time as possible in the gym or swimming pool.
All of our staff are evaluated on a regular basis and appraisals form an integral part of the temp’s employment. Assessing their feelings and also our perspective on their performance always helps the staff to improve themselves and in turn improve the service that the whole team offers.
We will always welcome frequent feedback from you regarding our service as a whole and also regarding individual staff members.
