Sophie has always worked in the catering sector, she focussed her career front of house and quickly rose to management level. Working in the UK and in Athens and Spain.
In 1997 Sophie landed her first job working in Catering Recruitment and in 2002 Sophie set up Catering Elite with the help of Princes Trust.
Sophie relocated to set up the South Office over 7 years ago and now lives on Mersea Island. Sophie spends her time with her son and loves horse riding, also makes the most of living on an island and can often be seen out on the water with the rowing club or sailing.
Sophie still loves the buzz of recruitment and still surprises the team by going out on shift and working the odd function.
After serving his time at Catering College, Lee worked in kitchens and restaurants in Switzerland and London up to Management level before deciding to become a Catering Consultant in the City.
Now married and back up North, Lee looks after the North of England from the Blackpool office and is always available to talk to staff and clients anytime. He has a good sense of humour and takes great pride in doing a good job for his candidates and clients alike.
He is a passionate football fan and outside of work you will find him either watching football, spending time with his family or cooking.
I have just started a new career with Catering Elite. I am no stranger to the hospitality world. I have worked in hospitality in Colchester for over 11 years, starting whilst studying Business Management at Essex University where I quickly worked my way up through the ranks to management.
I still love the hospitality industry and am very excited to help Catering Elite and the team continue their huge success.
All of our staff are evaluated on a regular basis and appraisals form an integral part of the temp’s employment. Assessing their feelings and also our perspective on their performance always helps the staff to improve themselves and in turn improve the service that the whole team offers.

As your Master Vendor, Catering Elite would provide a managed service on or off site for your company and, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fill all your vacancies ourselves, we are able to turn to our second tier quality agencies.
