When we feel we have a suitable employee we then check out the candidate’s references.
However we do not stop at the recruitment stage in our attempts to exceed your expectations. As part of an on-going training scheme, we strongly encourage our workers to undergo in-house training such as manual handling and COSHH, and assist in the procurement of essential certificates and qualifications such as Basic Food Hygiene and Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures. As we pride ourselves on a bespoke service, we’d be more than happy to discuss any special training requirements you might have.
